Product Purchases

Product pricing and availability are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed. Price increases will only apply to orders placed after such changes. Posted prices do not include taxes or charges for shipping and handling. All such taxes and charges will be added to your merchandise total and will be itemized in your shopping cart and in your order confirmation email. We strive to display accurate price information, however we may, on occasion, make inadvertent typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions related to pricing and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time and to cancel any orders arising from such occurrences.

Promotional offers cannot be combined unless otherwise explicitly stated. Only one code may be used per order. Promotions may be modified or terminated at any time without notice. Discount codes have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash.

Shipping and handling charges apply to all orders shipped within the continental US as outlined on the Site. Costs of shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will be calculated and presented to you before you place your order.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the date of original purchase when accompanied by the original receipt. Customized or personalized products may not be returned or exchanged. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

All product details, including but not limited to ingredients, packaging, and product images, are subject to change at the sole discretion of Pharm To Table®. We strive to provide the most accurate ingredient and allergen information available. However, we cannot guarantee that ingredient lists or labels are absolutely complete or correct. Customers with allergies or sensitivities should exercise judgment when purchasing.

Intellectual Property

The Site contains intellectual property owned by Pharm To Table®, including trademarks, copyrights, proprietary information, and other intellectual property. You may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, create derivative works from, distribute, display, reproduce or perform, or in any way exploit in any format whatsoever any of the Site contents or intellectual property, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent. This limitation of liability shall apply regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, even if Pharm To Table® has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute related to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Nashville, Tennessee. You consent to the jurisdiction of such courts over any disputes arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products.
